Ludhiana: Rundressal Commission Consumer Disputes have punished the owners and partners of the gym closed in less than a month but took a subscription fee for four months from customers.
President of the KK Kareer Commission and Jaswinder members Singh ordered them to pay composite composite by Rs 5,500 in addition to returning a subscription fee of Rs 5,500 to Canika Dhir customers from Kitchlu Nagar.
In his complaint to the Commission on November 15, 2018, said the sailor he had joined the gym at Kitchlu Nagar Chowk, Humran Road, and paid the subscription fee of Rs 5,500 for four months (July 27, 2018, until November 27, 2018).
He began visiting the gym, but found that there were no women coaches and some equipment also did not work properly.
On August 16, 2018, he knew that the gym had fallen window.
He visited the place, but it was not heard.
On August 20, he received a message from Mohit (Owner / Partner / Official Gym), said the facility would not operate until further notice.
When the opposite parties don’t seem to appear, the process takes EX Parte.
The commission was held, “From evidence, his stand proved to note that after receiving a subscription fee for four months on July 27, 2018, the parties opposite closing the gym without limits in less than a month.
This is the same as deficiency in service.”
