Ahmedabad: A little girl has approached the Gujarat High Court seeking fir and a comprehensive investigation into a police meeting where her teenage father and brother was killed in the district of Surendranagar on November 6, 2021.
Yatin Oza senior advocate said the case before the bench by the main justice on Monday Morning and looking for early hearing said that a 16-year-old boy was killed at a meeting of the police.
This case was related to the police meeting which took place in the village of Gediya Patdi Taluka in Surendranagar Regency, where one Hanifkhan JAT Malek aka if aka Munno (44) and his 16-year-old son, Madin was killed.
The police claimed Hanifkhan was a famous gangster and with 86 violations registered against him.
