Coimbatore: The Main District Session of Court Judges in Coimbatore has cheated a 42-year-old man to double the imprisonment of life to kill private security guards here in March 2017.
R Raman, 55, who works as a private security guard failed in Addis Street, found Killed on the morning of March 24, 2017 with a severe injury to the head.
The CCTV footage showed Raman was attacked by someone the night before.
The killer was heard misused Raman by using the name of the casing.
City police cannot track the killer immediately.
A year later, the police arrested D Chandran aka Chandrasekar, a loadman of Kg Chavadi, for killing Raman.
The investigation revealed that Chandran demanded money from Raman to buy liquor.
When Raman denied his request, Chandran fought him and attacked him with stones.
Judge R Sakthivel said the verdict on Wednesday night.
Chandran was sentenced to life imprisonment to kill Raman.
He was sentenced to life in prison under Section 3 (2) V of the scheduled castes and scheduled tribes (prevention of cruelty) acting.
