Bhubaneswar: Residents of Lumbini Vihar, a luxury area in the city, is in a hug against the government’s plan to make the highway four paths cut the residential area.
Submitted to residents, former Minister of Union and Sundargarh MP selling ORAM, who lived in the area, submitted a memorandum on moving to housing and the development of the Minister of Development of Pratap Jena on Wednesday, was being built.
One portion of the lower road construction cut the Vihar Lumbini into two parts.
Residents of Lumbini Vihar said the road was not part of the plan Lumbini Vihar when houses were sold to them.
The corridor said the road that was not planned would appear on the land intended for schools, pharmacies, market complexes and community rooms.
Some of the borders of the Lumbini Community Center Vihar are returned by the work department for new roads.
The word association of the owner of Lumbini Vihar has transferred the Orissa High Court, opposed road construction.
“HC has issued a notice to Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA), Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation and Housing and the Urban Development Department.
When the trial is scheduled for January 7 and the problem is sub-yudice, moving the boundary wall by illegal government officials,” he added.
BDA for houses in Lumbini Vihar felt cheated, he accused.
Jena said this problem will be checked again.
“I will check what has been done and what to do.
There is no injustice that will be done in anyone.”
