New Delhi: With National Capital Records more than 15,000 new Covid-19 cases and testing the level of more than 15% for two consecutive days, Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) will hold a meeting on Monday, January 10, where implementation Level 4 (red) of the multi-storey response action plan (grap) will be discussed.
The meeting notification was issued by DDMA on Friday, which stated that the meeting, chaired by Delhi L-G Anil Baijal, will be held through video conferencing on Monday at 12 noon.
Chairman of Delhi Minister Arvind Kejriwal will attend the meeting, along with CM Manish Sisodia representative, Minister of Health Satyendar Jain, Income Minister for Kailash Gahlot, Head of Secretary of Delhi Vijay Dev, regardless of officials and experts.
According to the agenda and discussion points mentioned in the meeting notification, Covid-19 in Delhi will be reviewed at the meeting, regardless of the preparation after the increase in Covid-19 cases and Omicron variants.
The notification also mentioned the discussion of the implementation of Grap Level 4 (Red Alert), because the level of the Covid-19 participant had passed 15.34% on Thursday.
The vaccination program and ratification of DDMA orders since the last meeting will also be discussed.
In terms of DDMA decided to impose level 4 grap in the city, only important and emergency services to be permitted.
All private offices, markets, malls and weekly markets will be closed, except those who deal with important items.
Metro Delhi will be closed and although public transport buses will ply, only people from the excluded categories.
