Ludhiana: The police consciously ordered a man and his mother for allegedly inviting several documents and tried to reach the land of a woman who lived separately from her husband.
The FIR was submitted by the police on Saturday after a two-year investigation.
The defendant has been identified as Gurvir Singh from Cheena Road of bathing Ahmedgarh and her mother Surdy Kaur.
The complainant, Babi Sood, 39, from Phase-1 Dugri, said that because the matrimonial disputes he lived apart from her husband and their divorce case was waiting in court.
He added that the defendant, Gurvir Singh, who claimed to be an advocate, befriended him and promised to help him in this case.
However, the defendant then triggered a marriage certificate and claimed that they were a partner, with the intention of winning a 100 square meter plot in Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar from alleged alleged.
When the woman knew about it, she filed a complaint.
