Microsoft has begun launched Powertoys version 0.53.1 with new features and improvements.
For those who do not know, Microsoft Powertoys is a set of utilities for power users to set and streamline their windows experience for better productivity.
With the latest updates, the technology giant adds a feature called always above, along with a new web search tool and other features.
Some of these features were also mentioned in the Changelog from the previous update but the company rolled it now.
As the name suggests, using the always above the user tool can force the active window to stay above each window or other application.
Users can also set the limits around the window they want at the top so that it is easier to identify.
To access this feature, users need to press the Windows + CTRL + T button on the keyboard.
The same shortcut can also be used to cancel features.
With a new version, the company has also increased the Powertoy Run Tool.
This tool replaces the default Windows Run application.
After the update, The Run Tool gets the ability to search the web too.
Users can search whatever on the web by inserting a search query after ‘??’ in the command box.
This feature uses the default browser to show web results.
This can help for users who do not like to see Windows search results on Edge and Bing.
Earlier this week, Microsoft released original applications that were redesigned for Windows 11 to more users.
The new design of the application was first dooded by the company when the operating system was only launched last year.
While some features announced by Microsoft are available to the public with the official OS release, some of the remaining features finally take refuge with updates.
In the past few weeks, the company has expanded the application of redesigned photos, notepad and media player to more users.
