Agra: A 23-year-old woman from Khurja Bulandshahr allegedly gangraped by two people at the Agra Hotel on Sunday night.
A pine had been registered against them and was accused of main, a Pramukh block from Bah, was arrested on Monday.
According to complaints submitted by the victim, he had received a call from unknown number two months and the caller insisted his friend.
He introduced himself as a block of Pramukh Lal Singh and convinced his work as an Asha worker.
In this pretext, he called him to Agra on December 21 and took him to the farmhouse, where he was with two of his friends, Jitemdra and Dev, allegedly gangraped him.
When the woman raised the alarm and said that she would file a police complaint against them, Singh threatened him about the terrible consequences.
The woman alleged that they recorded the video attack and threatened to make her viral if she didn’t work with them.
On Sunday, Lal Singh’s main charges called him again to a hotel where he was and Jitendra Gangraped him, he accused.
According to the CCTV hotel recording, the woman entered around 6pm and went three hours later.
In addition to the Pramukh block, Jitendra and Dev’s two ladies have also been ordered under the IPC 376 D (Gang Rape), 323 (voluntarily causing wounds) and 506 (criminal intimidation) at the Tajganj police station submitted by the victim.
The police said that according to call details, Singh was related to women over the past few months.
