MADURAI: Confirming the death penalty imposed by the trial court in a man for rape and the murder of a seven-year-old girl who was included in the caste community scheduled for the Tamil Nadu Pulang, Madras HC on Wednesday observed that when a man’s attitude turned into a wild animal, It has no mercy for other creatures, he must be punished and sent to the eternal world.
The attack took place on June 30, 2020 when Samivel aka King went to the girl’s house, whose mother was mentally ill.
He took him to an isolated place, sucked sexually and killed him by changing his head to the tree.
He threw his body into a dry pool.
On December 29, 2020, Pulajottai District Mahila Court punished him and submitted the death penalty to him.
This case was referred to Madurai Bench of HC to confirm confidence and punishment.
