Dropbox file storage services have brought original support for the Apple silicon platform on MacOS with new application updates.
Dropbox updates bring full support for M1 chips but in the beta version for now, according to report by 9to5mac.
Dropbox causes a lot of frustration among Mac users from the platform because it takes almost more than a year to bring a compatible version of the application with the M1 chip.
Dropbox users are forced to run the application through Rosetta.
It has been completed now and the beta version 140.3.1903 from Dropbox is compatible with chip M1.
The application version compatible with the M1 chip means the user must be more worried about power consumption when using a MacBook on battery power.
Also, the software should also function more refined and faster.

In other news, Apple can bring M2 chipset for MAC next year and a stronger replacement, M2 Pro in 2023, according to reports by commercial time.
The two chips are most likely to use the 4NM manufacturing process by TSMC which happens to be the primary chip maker for Apple.
The M2 chip is Staten Codeen, while the M2 Pro chip has been quoted by the Rhodes code, claiming the report.
