New Delhi: When India celebrated the Indian Army day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday said India was proud of the contribution of Stellar from the army in the mission of peacekeepers abroad.
The Prime Minister also highlighted that Indian army personnel served in Medan’s hostile and at the forefront help fellow residents during the humanitarian crisis.
“Indian Army personnel serve in the hostile field and are at the forefront of helping fellow citizens during the humanitarian crisis, including natural disasters.
India is proud of the contract contribution of the army in the mission of peacekeepers abroad,” PM Modi Tweeted.
Army day is observed every year on January 15 to celebrate the first Indian Commander Commander of the Indian army – Marshal Matahan PodaPpa.
This position was taken over on January 15, 1949, from General Sir Francis Butcher, head of the last British commander of India.
