Pune: Coffee Police on Thursday arrested a 38-year-old man from the area of Masterwar Peth on charges of trying to kill a woman, after the latter had reprimanded him because of the alleged obscene behavior in public a day before the road had an accident.
The latest incident has occurred on January 12 at Kondhwa, when the 35-year-old woman returned home with her husband, the police said on Friday.
The suspect, who followed them in the car, ran to a motorcycle, while the driver took a spill.
“The woman and her two husbands suffered an injury in the incident.
He stated that the suspect also beat him, just because he asked him about driving a very careless,” an officer from the Condhwa police officer.
The man has been arrested under Section 307 (murder attempts), 354 (anger simplicity) and 323 (voluntarily causing wounds) from the Indian Code (IPC).
The clerk said that on January 11, the woman went to the camp area to shop.
At that time, the suspect had touched it inappropriately, said the police officer Khahwa.
“At that time, the woman had rebuked her in place,” added police officers.
He added that he was reportedly angry by this, the suspect followed the woman in the car and tried to kill him in Kondhwa.
“A group of Nabbed observers he was trying to hit from the scene,” police officers said.
