Coimbatore: Three men have been arrested in the Tirupur district for killing their friends, who is the driver of the Autorickshaw, in the dispute to share stolen cash.
North Tirupur police identified the allegations of a Siddiq and a 21-year-old manoj, both the residents of the Medan Colony First Street in the city, and a 24-year-old Nannu Prasath, a resident of PN Road.
A police officer said the 27-year-old Saravanakumar, Indigenous Samayanallur in Samayanallur in the Madurai district, was found to be killed near the bus stop on Jalan PN on Friday afternoon with an injury to the neck and head.
“We registered a case and the question revealed that Saravanakumar had stolen cash from a man.
When his three friends demanded stock from stolen cash, Saravanakumar refused.
The trio attacked him with a broken bottle and stone, killing him.
We arrested his three on Friday and produced it before Judge Judicial on Saturday.
They were sent in judicial termination, “the officer said.
