Jaipur: Over the past two days, Jaipur has witnessed steady in active cases because more people have recovered from Covid compared to new cases of everyday.
In the last 24 hours, the state reported 9,711 new cases, taking the overall calculation to 10,56,606.
Jaipur reported 2,358 fresh infections.
With nine people who surrendered to the disease, the victim had touched 9,019.
Although active cases in the country rose from 66,742 to 69,388, the number in Jaipur declined from 20,076 to 19,686 in 24 hours because 2,746 people recovered from it in the city.
Jaipur and Jodhpur reported two deaths respectively, while one victim was reported from Ajmer, Alwar, Bikaner, Dausa and Karuli.

Previously, we maintained Covid patients under house isolation after 14 days, but now, following a new guideline, we guard patients under house isolation for seven days, which is why the city has witnessed a reduction in Active cases for the last two days for the past two days, “said Dr.

He said that according to new norms issued by the center on January 9, a minor case treated at Covid care facilities or under house isolation will undergo regular health monitoring.
A patient will be sent home after at least seven days from positive testing and without fever for three consecutive days.
No need to test before going out.
Not only in Jaipur, but the impact of new guidelines about active cases is clearly seen throughout the state.

While 28,616 new infections were reported in three days, 17,736 people were declared recovered in three days.
