PANAJI: List of BJP’s first candidate, which is expected to be released on Wednesday, has been postponed by one day due to the important round of discussion lasting until late at night.
“The first list will be released on Thursday, and the names of candidates in most constituencies have been deleted,” said Minister of Pramod Sawant’s head to TI.
Another BJP senior official who attended the meeting said that nearly 37 of the 40 candidates had been resolved, and this could make it to the first list.
Candidates in three constituencies – Calangute, Bicholim and Santa Cruz – may not find in the first list.
BJP held two rounds of discussion in Delhi to complete the candidate’s name.
