The source said that Silva has not announced its decision, which is expected in one or two days.
Great Ruckus broke out between two groups of congress supporters in August when the party welcomed Silva back to the party at the South Goa District Office.
Party workers threatened to resign from their main membership if Silva was given a congressional ticket to oppose the upcoming assembly selection of Velim.
