New Delhi: PM Narendra Modi and Mauritius Counterpart Pravind Kumar Jnognauth almost inaugurated a social housing project in Mauritius, and launched several other projects, because both parties signed an agreement for the extension of the $ 190 million credit route by India to Mauritius.
Credit lines will be used for Mauritius’ Metro Express and other infrastructure projects.
Speaking on that occasion, Modi said Indian development assistance was marked by respecting sovereignty.
