Agra: RLD’s head, Jayant Chaudhry, has surpassed the ‘rebel’ party candidate, Yogesh Nahuwar, who has refused to attract his candidacy from the constituency of Maant in Mathura after the chair was allocated for party allies, the Samajwadi, by allocating his party’s symbol for the wife of Candidate Candidate SP.
The RLD’s head made this decision on the last day of filling the nominated paper for the first stage of the poll on Friday.
Nahuwar previously announced that he would withdraw his nomination only if the head of RLD Jayant Chaudhary or his wife, Charu, needed elections from elections.
The problem between allies emerged after the two parties set their respective candidates for the chair.
Even though Chaudhary had directed Nahwar to retreat, he refused to do it and then put the requirements to go down only if the first or his wife decided to compete.
With this new twist, besides Nahuwar, who no longer remains the official RLD candidate, Sanjay Lathar, and his wife, Babita Lathar, the new RLD candidate is now in Medan.
The last candidate will now be known only after withdrawal.
If the leader of the Jamajwadi Party will be trusted, the game’s plan is that Numar’s nomination is rejected, because he is no longer the official party candidate, Babita will attract his nomination paper, paving the way for her husband to oppose the chair as a SP candidate -rld.
Previously on that day, Nahuwar said that it was unfortunate that the alliance, despite knowing that he had lost the latest assembly selection with only 432 votes margins, asked him to attract his nomination.
“I won’t pull my nomination in any case until Jayant or his wife contest from here.
If the party doesn’t want me to oppose the selection of a party symbol, they can dismiss my own nomination,” he said, adding that Jayant Chaudhary himself had issued a party symbol to him and ask him to fight for the election.
Nahuwar was the leader of farmers in Mathura and actively participated in agitation recently against three controversial agricultural laws, in Mathura.
He went to prison for three months and was released recently.
SP candidate, Dr.
Sanjay Lathar is MLC and also a State Party spokesman.
He was not successfully contested by the 2012 poll after the Head of RLD Jayant Chaudhary emptied the chair.
Examination of nomination papers will be held on January 24, while names can be drawn until January 27.
