Jammu: Team together from the Army and J & K police thwart the offer of drug smuggling and seize a large cache, around 31kg, narcotics near the control line (LOC) in the Poonch district on Friday.
“Based on intelligence input on the possibility of smuggling efforts through LOC, the joint team launched an intensive search operation in the area,” said a defense spokesman-based LT COL Devender Anand, added that the operation was supported by a well-integrated supervision network.
