Ambala: Ambala police ordered five people identified and some unknown people to show black flag to Kurukshetra Member Parliament (MP) Nayab Singh Saini in Korwa Khurd Village in Ambala District Block on Friday night.
In the complaint of the Ishwar Dyal Ishwar Assistant (ASI) responsible for PCR-22, a case was registered against Parmeshwar aka Pappi, Baljinder, Gurwinder Singh, Gurpreet aka Deepa, Navdeep aka Jantta and some unknown people under the 148 section (riots), 149 (unlawful assembly), 332 (voluntarily cause wounds to prevent public servants from their duties), 341 (wrong restraint), 353 (violence or criminal to prevent public servants from their duties), 427 ( Mischief), 504 (intentional insult with the intention to provoke peace violations), and 506 (criminal intimidation) from the Indian Criminal Code (IPC) at the Shahazadpur police station on Saturday.
ASI Ishwar that MP Nayab Saini returned after attending a wedding in Korwa Khurd Village, and he was on his way to his residence in Naraingarh.
“Meanwhile, around 8-10 people with black flags and sticks, stopped the convoy, harassing MP Nayab Saini.
They also attacked the car parliamentary members, however, the police managed to clean the convoy route from there safely.
