Chennai: Nine senior government officials Tamil Nadu, including four IAS officers, have fled punishment because of the insults of the Supreme Court by Mustache even though they were punished for violations.
“The tendency of content to stubborn and obduration has been obsolete.
We warn content to be careful in the future and to implement the direction given by the court immediately,” said the Justice Division bench L Nageswara Rao and Justice B Gavai.
The APEX court chose to close the trial instead of punishing officers – M Vijayakumar (IAS), Thinakanan, SWarna (IAS), K Ramamoorthy, K Nanthakumar (IAS), K Shanmugam, K Manivasan (IAS), SK PROSED, PRABHAKAR SK , Prabhakar SK, and S Bakthavatchalam – but not without firm warning.
“We warn content to be careful in the future and to implement the direction given by the court immediately,” said the court.
The problem is related to the order passed by the Supreme Court on January 22, 2016, directing officers to revise and publish a list of seniority of the Department of Public Works.
Because orders are not implemented, the original applicant moves an insult request.
On October 1, 2021, the court found nine guilty officers for insults.
The court passed further direction to implement the order of 2016 in the letter and his spirit.
When the request came to hear on Wednesday, the government submitted written information reported compliance.
They propose that they are civil servants who are bound to implement state government policies.
“During the suffering of litigation, the law was enacted, and the decision was taken to submit a review petition in the High Court.
We have no personal hostility to the applicant,” he added.
