Kolkata: The taxi driver was arrested for allegedly locking the car door and persecuting a 30-year-old woman and her sister on Friday.
The women rented a taxi from Salt Lake to go to Howrah.
Manoj Kumar (25), originally from Munger, was arrested from his residence in the Cheru Market area.
