By Adeeb Walter Lucknow: In the three nomination processes, four candidates, including two of the Congress parties, submitted their papers while 47 candidates bought the form on Saturday.
Two Congress candidates held the election were Dilpreet Singh Vird and Rudra Daman Singh, from Lucknow Cantonment and Sarojninagar.
According to Affidavit, which was submitted by Virk, he was an art graduate and had nine cases against him.
The total assets are worth RS 2.3 Crore which also includes BMW and two SUVs.
“Cantonment has always been seating for Congress but over the past few years, BJP has won a chair.
From the corporator to the Mayor, MLA and MP, all of them come from BJP but they fail to overcome people’s problems.
I will fight for this problem,” Virk said.
Rudra Daman Singh, who has submitted his nomination from the Sarojninagar constituency, is a law graduate and he also has nine cases against him.
The asset is worth Rs 16 Crore.
Another candidate who submitted a nomination on Sunday was Mahesh Prasad from Bharatiya Subhash Sena (BSS) and Rahul Gupta, an independent candidate.
In his written statement, Mahesh claimed to have a 2000 SQ property and total Rs 9,500 in cash.
He has been doing school until grade 7 and fighting from the Malihabad seat.
Rahul Gupta, a valid science, has submitted a nomination from Lucknow West.
He has an asset worth Rs 1.25 lakh.
“I have done social work for years and I want to improve health infrastructure, and the legal and order situation in the Lucknow Western Constituency Area,” he said.
