Noida: Residents of Antriksh Golf View 2 are at the end of their intelligence because the Noida Authority has canceled a work certificate (OC) from the Sector 78 of the housing community, which consists of around 1,055 flats in 12 towers.
Officials said OC had been revoked for violating various building norms, including the construction of commercial units instead of housing parking slots and illegitimate in the community.
“We were surprised and confused about our flat status.
Now I don’t know what to do if I want to sell my flat.
I have invested the money obtained with difficulty and feels cheated now,” Brajesh Sharma, a resident of the community, told Toi.
“I am currently paying EMI of 50,000 rs for bank loans that I take to buy RS 65 Lakh worth flat.
