Pune: City Police on Saturday told Court of the Assembly that they wanted to examine the agreement between the owner of the site, the company and contracting company to see whether responsibility could be set in more people for a blue accident on Thursday the construction site for business parks in Shastrinagar in Jerawada, which made five workers die and five others were injured.

On Friday night, the police arrested the safety engineer IMTIAZ Abul Barkat Ansari (38), the supervisor of the site Mohammed Sharif Habibul Rehman Alam (35), site engineer Vijay Eknath Dhakton (25) and Majid Alisa Khan site manager (45).
They are all employees of labor contractors and project management consulting companies.
They were present on the site during the accident and standing prime facie was accused of negligence.
The Head of the Prosecutor handed over that the police wanted to bear their responsibilities other than the four captured in this case.
The condition of four victims was injured, under hospital care, was very important, he said.
