MUMBAI: Heavy rainfall lashed Mumbai and other parts of Maharashtra on Wednesday with the advance of the monsoon in the state.
Several areas in the city has been receiving rainfall since Tuesday night.
High tide of 4.16 meter is expected in Mumbai at 11.43am.

This falls in the moderate rain category as per IMD classification.
