Thiruvananthapuram: Oppo Leader V D Sathean said that the state government has published a detailed project report (DPR) that does not have full images and details of the techno-economic feasibility report from the Silverline project.
At the Facebook post, the opposition leader said that the government would advance with land acquisition without completing legal procedures to utilize loans and receive kickback.
He said that the government challenged the country community without revealing the full details of the project.
He said that if someone passes the drawing of the project alignment, it can be seen that the details of the long songs only 115 km have been published.
The image of 115km to 530km has not been entered.
Also, the details of several stations have not been published in the DPR, and most importantly, there are no clear documents regarding the economic feasibility of Techno from the project have been included in the DPR, he said.
Sathean said that the government was rushing with land acquisition for the project without completing a mandatory procedure, and more than implementing the project, the government was only interested in cleaning loans and receiving kickback, he said.
“Encouraging people into a scary situation on such a mega project without a study of social and environmental impacts or detailed project documents is not other intended for corruption,” he said.
He warned that the government stands in order to continue with challenging the public and the legislature will not be permitted in the state.
He also took Jibe to the main minister said that this was not a Pradesh Uttar to tolerate the style of autocratic and fascist governance.
After refusing to release the DPR until recently, the government was finally forced to release documents in an answer to questions in the Assembly by Anwar Sadath, MLA.
The DPR, which runs to more than 3,000 pages in many volumes, has experienced extensive criticism for hasty ways to be prepared.
