KALYAN: After around one month of suicide of a man by jumping before local train near Kalyan, the Government Railway Police has booked his wife, in-laws and other two family member under abetment to suicide charges.
The victim Sandeep Jadhav, was resident of Titwala area near Kalyan and was married to Pratibha Jadhav who hails from same area.
Kalyan GRP said Sandeep’s dead body was found last month on May 11 on railway track between Shahad and Ambivli railway station.
The Kalyan GRP said after registering an accidental death report during further probe team learn that Sandeep was fed up with his wife Pratibha’s affair with her relative.
Investigators have also found that when Sandeep informed about same to his father-in law Balu Bagul, mother-in law Sushila Bagul and two relatives Devidas Bagul and Balu Gaikwad, they started harrassing Sandeep who later went into depression and later committed suicide.
Valmik Shardul, senior police inspector of Kalyan GRP said, “On basis of diary and some video in which deceased have explained about trauma faced by wife and her other relatives we have booked them under abetment suicide charges but further probe is on.
