AMBALA: A 37-year-old guy was shot dead by 2 bike-borne assailants near Hathi Khana temple at Ambala Cantonment at Haryana on Tuesday.
The assailants pumped eights bullets to Divakar alias Jeetu (37), that supposedly ran a dairy enterprise.
On the criticism of Divakar’s sister’s Hans Kumari, the authorities have filed a case against nine accused recognized as Saurabh alias Mau, Arjun alias Ajju, Shammi Pandit, Sonu alias Gajju, Monu Dagar, Aman Pappu, Arjit, Splendour Singh, along with Randhir.
All eight accused were booked under Section 302 (punishment for murder), 120-B (criminal conspiracy) and 34 (common intention) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and 25 of the Arms Act in Ambala Cantonment police station on Tuesday.
Inside her police criticism, Hans Kumari alleged about 7.30am, Divakar had gone to tie the cows near Hathi Khana temple.
“Our employee Kapil said that Divakar was taken by 2 motorcycle-borne youths and he’s lying on street close to the temple.
I and my brother Jitender attained the place and found Divakar was lying in a pool of blood.
We took him into the hospital where the doctors declared him dead.
The incident happened at about 7.50’m”, said Hans.
“Back in December 2019, Mau, Randhir, Shammi Pandit, Sonu alias Gajju, Monu Dagar, Aman Pappu and Splendour Singh had assaulted my brother and started fire .
Nowadays, the exact guys murdered my brother after an old competition,” she alleged.
“The accused that taken Divakar were recognized as Saurabh’Mau’ and Arjun’Ajju’.
A case was filed against nine detained.
Teams are formed to replicate all of the accused,” deputy superintendent of police Ram Kumar explained.
