DEHRADUN/HARIDWAR: Haridwar authorities on Thursday registered an FIR from Delhi-based Max Corporate Services — that the personal service under the scanner for running almost 1 lakh imitation Covid tests through the Kumbh Mela at Uttarakhand — and also 2 personal labs it had signed an memorandum of understanding (MoU) with.
