KOLKATA: The Calcutta high court on Friday adjourned hearing on June 24 from West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee’s petition Demanding the election of Leader Of Opposition Suvendu Adhikari in Nandigram.

The thing was cited by Banerjee’s attorney before the courtroom of Justice Kaushik Chanda according to the record for hearing loss.
Justice Chanda stated Banerjee is needed to be current on the initial day of hearing because it had been an election request.
The attorney for Banerjee stated that she’ll behave in compliance with the law.
Justice Chanda then mended the issue for hearing Thursday.
Inside her election request, the Trinamool Congress leader accused BJP MLA Adhikari of committing corrupt practises as envisaged under Section 123 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951.
Banerjee also asserted in the petition which discrepancies were dedicated from the counting procedure.
