NEW DELHI: A Delhi court on Saturday took cognisance of this supplemental charge sheet filed from actor-activist Deep Sidhu and many others from the Republic Day violence instance.
Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Gajendra Singh Nagar has all the accused through video conferencing around June 29.
Production warrants are issued from Maninder Singh and also Khempreet Singh, that are nevertheless in juvenile custody.
But for the duo, most of the other accused are out on bond.
The judge said the court is taking cognisance of their bill sheet pertaining to different parts of Indian Penal Code, except the segments such as prosecution sanction remains awaited.

On January 26, protesting farmers clashed with authorities throughout the subway rally against three plantation legislation and hauled to the Red Fort injuring dozens of policemen.

Sidhu, who had been accused of becoming the important conspirator of this violence, was detained on February 9.
The authorities had accused him of the chaos in the Red fort.
He’s facing charges of rioting, try to murder, criminal conspiracy, dacoity, culpable homicide one of several different parts of the Indian Penal Code.
He had been in jail for more than two weeks and released on bond on April 17.
Besides Sidhu, the authorities also have mentioned the title of Iqbal Singh, who had been performing a Facebook Live session where he supposedly uttered the protesters.
