NEW DELHI: Even the PM’s strategy to get an interview with political parties out of J&K on Thursday might have begun speculation about important concessions into the Valley but it could be still a while before their anticipated needs – holding of surveys to put in an elected administration and recovery of statehood – could be fulfilled.
Forthe government heads of the 20 districts at UT might take another one or 2 weeks to send complete information sought from the Delimitation Commission concerning the bodily attributes, demographic routine and administrative struggles of their individual districts.
