MATHURA: 36 passengers were hurt following a double-decker bus on the Yamuna Expressway at Uttar Pradesh’s Mathura district Monday, authorities said.
The wounded have been admitted to various private and government associations, they explained.
The incident happened after the Delhi-bound bus which was coming out of Madhubani in Bihar with over 100 passengers, such as labourers and their families, onboard overturned after a of its own front wheels came off.
A number of those wounded have also sent into various private associations, Mathura Superintendent of Police (rural) Srish Chandra explained.
Old officials including the chief medical officer touched the area and supervised the rescue procedure.
Nineteen wounded were attracted to the district .
Three of these were in a vital state and were known into the SN Medical College, Agra, stated Dr Mukund Bansal, chief medical superintendent of Mathura district hospital.
