Coimbatore: A older woman had been robbed of five sovereigns of all mangalsutra in knifepoint by two unidentified men in the home in Ikkarai Boluvampatti close Alandurai here on ancient Monday morning.Logambal, 59, was alone at her own home in Ikkarai Boluvampatti following her husband-milkman Rangaraj, 60, proceeded into focus on ancient Monday morning.Two unidentified guys came to a bike and a few of these entered Logambal’s home and grabbed her gold mangalsutra plus a cell phone in knifepoint.
The duo was able to escape until Logambal raised an alert.
The Alandurai authorities held a query with Logambal and registered an FIR.
