Like many movies which were postponed as a result of the outbreak, the biopic of girl cricketer Mithali Raj, branded’Shabaash Mithu’ has been awaiting time to go over the flooring.
While the movie’s lead actress, Taapsee Pannu, has begun work on her kind and shots, so the manufacturers are yet to determine when to begin the shoot.
In the most recent development on the movie, ETimes has discovered the biopic will then be led by Srijit Mukherji rather than Rahul Dholakia who had been previously in the helm of events.
A source near the development advises,”The manufacturing home will make a statement about the shift.
They’re also likely to begin shooting shortly”.
This past year, talking to PTI, Rahul had advised, “`Shabaash Mithu’ was likely to go on floors in July.
I believe following the lockdown is raised, it is going to go on flooring hopefully this season.
We’d idea of Mumbai and Hyderabad as the place, but today we’ll need to determine which areas are shooting favorable”.
Working mostly in Bengali film, Srijit left his foray into Bollywood using all the 2017 movie,’Begum Jaan’ headlined from Vidya Balan, that was a picture of the manager’s Bengali film’Rajkahini’.
Meanwhile, Rahul, who’d directed the Shah Rukh Khan and Mahira Khan-starrer’Raees’ could have got back to the camera with this .
But today it remains to be seen about what job will he shoot up .
The two Srijit and Rahul stayed unavailable for comment.
