The Kerala High Court has refused to litigation of public interest (pill) that calls the central government to ban whatsapp in India.
Writ petition has been submitted by Omakuttan KG software engineer.
Judicial Chief Justice S Manikumar and Justice Shaji P Chaly rejected the petition directly to all prayers.
What the court said was premature for the court to prohibit messaging services.

“We do not tend to entertain one of the prayers sought, we stopped the direct petition,” the court refused the request.
