He immediately began receiving an email asking him to pay Rs 64,000 as the IELTS examination fee, RS 2.64 Lakh as a visa processing fee, RS 87,000 to get an anti-terrorist certificate and RS 73,400 to pass through the gate.
He paid all online fees of Rs 5.25,400 on various dates in August last year.
He waited for a letter of supply and other documents to take jobs abroad.
But he did not receive a bidding letter.
His efforts to establish contact with people, who extend job offers, turned futile.
He filed a complaint with cyber cells.
Cyber ​​cells registered a case against the gang of unknown people below in Section 419 (punishment for cheating on personation) and 420 (cheating and discussing property delivery) from the Indian criminal code and 66-D (penalty to deceive by personation by using computer resources ) From the Information Technology Act, 2000 and start investigations.
