New Delhi: Krishna Ella, Chairman of Vaccine Manufacturer Bharat Biotech, recently provided the “Y” category of security cover armed by the trade union government, officials said on Tuesday.
Ella, 52, is also the founder of hyderabad-based biotechnology companies that produce covaxin vaccines approved by India for inoculation against Covid-19.
The company is also involved in drug discovery, drug development, manufacturing various other vaccines, bio-therapeutic, pharmaceuticals and health care products.
Officials said Ella provided the security cover of the Central Industrial Security Forces (CISF) some time ago remembered its current profile to pioneer the production of saving vaccines and other medical essences.
About two-three commands will accompany him every time he travels to other parts of the country under the category of “Y” central cover, they said.
