Google is launching updates to SMS clients on Android smartphones, Google messages.
New features that aim to keep users of free inbox from chaos will automatically delete passwords once (OTPS) 24 hours after receipt.
This means the user does not need to spend time deleting it manually.
This feature was announced last year on Google I / O 2020.
Google launched features first to India in the coming weeks.
There is no information about when it will be introduced in other regions.
Will this work on all the features of Android SmartPhonesthe will be available on a smartphone running Android 8 and above.
This feature needs to be activated, new features do not come by default.
It’s optional and can be managed in settings.
Users need to activate them.
To do the same, just tap ‘Continue’ when you see prompt suggestions to confirm your choice in the message application settings.
In addition, users need to update the Google message application or download the latest version of the application.
According to the search giant, the message sort will work similar to Gmail.
Google says it uses machine learning models to sort messages into similar categories, transactions, otps, and offers.
The sorting process must work offline too, because Google says that it happens to the device.
Rival to Apple iMessage, Google Message is the company’s official application for SMS (SMS, MMS) and Chat (RCS).
This is part of the Google Communications Suite (telephone, contact, message).
However, unlike iPhone, the Google Messages application is not a default messaging service in most Android phones.
Need to download from the Google Play Store.
All Oneplus phones since Nord come with the Google Communications Suite, which means the Google Default message application.
This is the same on Google Pixel phones.
However, on this device too, users need to update the application to access the latest features.
