Doctor Day: Senior Feted, Juniors Donate Blood

Nagpur: The doctor attached to the Indian Medical Association (IMA), the Nagpur branch, held a daily function of the Annual Doctor along with a blood donor camp, while a junior doctor at both government medical colleges held a blood donor camp on Thursday.

The President of the State of Maharashtra from Ima Dr.
Ramkrishna Londhe talked about the image of a doctor in the community.
Thakre greeted the doctors and appealed them to help in rural areas when the 3rd wave anticipated from the pandemic was set to hit more rural parts.
He praised the doctor’s efforts and Ima Nagpur for controlling the second wave in Nagpur.
Some blood donor camps were organized by different organizations and especially by Junior Doctors at the Mayo Hospital (IGGMCH) to mark that day.
More than 100 doctors and students donate blood.
“Doctors, students, internships, nurses, and other staff participate in this camp.
The most important blood donation in the post-covid phase because all blood banks face a crisis,” said Dr.
Ganesh Perce of IgGmch.
