Nagpur: In a joint operation conducted by Crime Branch, Police Sitabuldi, Force Protection Railway (RPF) and Government Train Police (GRP) on Thursday, two illegal weapons dealers from Uttar Pradesh Nabbed from Secunderabad-Danapur Express.
They fled after armed robbery in Hyderabad.
The Nagpur train platform was converted to a security fortress after getting a warning from Hyderabad police along with photos and details of weapons dealers.
Fast action by several teams caused detention of annilsingh gambirsingh (25) and Shivam Bhupendra after the train arrived at the platform 1 at 3 pm.
The duo that supplies weapons used in robbery and murder in the past, netted from the S-1 coach.
“When the train stopped only five minutes, some teams were pressed into the action to look for coaches,” said Senior Division Security Commissioner RPF, Central Railway, Ashutosh Pandey.
Previously, Amitesh Kumar City Police Chief had ordered the Crime Branch DCP Rajmane’s shock to prepare for operations after getting a warning from the Hyderabad police.
A pistol supplied by the duo has been used to rob a woman in Hyderabad with their hands, Shera.
Both have several violations, including murder, registered in Chandigarh.
Both will disguise as security guards in various cities before crime and supplying weapons from above.
Police Hyderabad has reached the city to take the custody of the duo from the City Police Crime Branch.
