Jammu: The border security force (BSF) on Friday opened fire on unmanned air vehicles who tried to enter the Indian territory near the international border with Pakistan, on the outskirts of your clock.
UAV, allegedly became a Pakistani supervision drone, seen by BSF personnel who was alert at around 4:30 in the morning in the Arnia sector.
Described as a quadcopter (drone controlled by four rotors), forced to return to Pakistan’s side when BSF troops fired half a dozen rounds to reduce it.
“The commemoration of BSF personnel fired on Pakistan’s small quadcopter belonging to Pakistan today because it tried to cross the international border in the Arnia sector.
Because of the shooting, Drone immediately returned,” BSF spokesman confirmed.
Drone attacked the Jammu IAF station on June 27, the first of their types, by terror groups in Pakistan have placed security forces in Jammu and Kashmir and neighboring countries share the border with Pakistan with high alert.
After the attack, the drone was seen drifting above the vital army installation in various hours of your watch on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday night too.
The army also claimed to have thwarted drones near the Brigade headquarters in Kalushak and Ratnuchak on Sunday night.
