Housing sector gets rs 61 crore for maintenance

Greater Noida: The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (Gnida) has allocated 31 tenders of Rs 61 Crore for the development and maintenance work in the housing sector and village.
Tender includes the maintenance and distribution of water pipes, RCC road jobs and drain construction at the Kasna, Construction and Disassembly Factory (C & D) (C & D) 80 meters wide, tiles that are interlocuted, crematoriums, etc.
This work will be carried out throughout 25 sectors and more than a dozen villages in Greater Noida.
After passing the 4,398 crore RS budget at the 122nd Board meeting last week, this was the first budget allocation by Gnida for the work of development and maintenance in all sectors and residential villages.
“With the aim of improving the water supply system, Gnida has floated tenders across zones 2, 3 and 4 where work around Rs 7.74 Crore will be carried out.
This includes pipeline distribution work under zone 2, which serves the PI 1-8 sector, Chi 3 and 4, Phi 3 and 4, IT City, Bhaggalpuram and Ecotech 6 and 7.
Under the zone 3, work will be carried out throughout the sector 32, 33, 36, 37, PI-1 and 2 and Sigma 1, 2, 3, 4.
Zone 4 will serve the ETA-1 and 2 sector, Omicron-1, 1A, 2, 3, XU 1-3 and MU 1 -2.
