Jaipur: Twenty-one from 33 Countries did not report even a Covid case on Monday while the remainder reported only 55 infections with a total number of 9,52,789.
To increase the decline amount, 12 districts report 10 or fewer active cases.
As on Monday, the number of active cases in the country stands at 1.092.
Alwar has the highest number of active cases in 282, followed by Jaipur (220), Jodhpur (85) and Sikar (47).
Twelve districts who reported new cases were Jaipur (19), Dausa (8), Sirohi (5), Jodhpur (4), Bikaner (4), Hanumangarh (4), Srianganganagar (3), Alwar (3), Alwar (2), Alwar (2)), Barmer (1), Jalore (1) and Bhilwara (1).
A health department official said, “the count of restored cases has increased to 9.42,756 with 140 people recovering from the virus.
The recovery rate is almost 99%,” said a senior health department official.
In the last 24 hours, three people lost their lives because of the virus, took the death toll to 8,941.
Udaipur reported the death of Covid 746, Churu 107 and Banswara reported the death of Covid to-307.
In the last five days, the country has reported 20 Covid deaths.
In Jaipur, 19 people were tested positive for Covid.
The cases were reported from Jhotwara (3), Mansarovar, Jamwaramgarh and Sanganer reported two cases every time they were reported from Bhankrota, Chandpole, Jhalana, Kotputi, Malviya Nagar, Murlipura, Phagi, Pratap Nagar, Shahpura and Sodala.
Jaipur has also witnessed a continuous decline in active Kaseload as in the last five days, the number was reduced from 249 to 220.
In the last five days, the city had not reported even one Covid death.
The last Covid death reported in the city on June 30.
