New Delhi: The National Commission for Children’s Rights Protection has been written to the Jammu Police and Kashmir to investigate complaints about a post on Twitter who show children shooting into the air, and have sought action against this social media platform as well as telegram.
A report taken action has been sought in seven days.
Head of NCPCR Priyank Kanoongo wrote to J & K DGP said that the panel had received complaints about videos that showed “unauthorized terror activity support and terrorism promotions using children and allowed terrorist organizations to use Twitter to facilitate recruitment activities for terrorism in J & K danadh “.
Kanoongo said a group of men was seen encouraging children to use pistols seemed to be associated with terrorist organizations and trained children to be part of terrorist activities.
The Commission demands strict criminal acts against Twitter because it allows the post on the platform.
