Ambala: The Supreme Court in India on Tuesday is scheduled to hear the case listed at number 29 between the Ad-Hya Haryana Sikh (HSGMC) Management Committee and the Parbandhak Shiromani Gurdwara Committee (SGPC), Sri Amritsar, but the same has been rescheduled for Wednesday for several Technical in online software.
HSGMC and SGPC struggled to take part in the Civil Petition (CWP) number 735 in 2014, through a separate Gurdwara Management Agency for the country of Haryana.
SGPC became the main organization of Sikh managing the majority of Gurdwaras in the state of Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, and Himachal Pradesh.

The Supreme Court hears the cases virtually through video conferencing and because of several technical problems in online software, cases listed after number 26 cannot be heard and the top court reschedule the case for Wednesday, the HSGMC Lead Head-Cum-Joint Secretary said.

The source said that the Punjab government had cleared his attitude in Gurdwara’s separate management for Haryana and submitted a written statement without objections in the Supreme Court in November 2019.
Minister of Haryana Manohar Lal Khattar has also convinced the HSGMC delegation that their government will do it also supports demand for the Management Committee Gurdwara is separate for the country, the source said.
