New Delhi: On June 25, 2011, a headless body packed in a sack recovered from Jhandewalan.
Although investigations began to identify the body and arrest the killer, the police had several instructions to start.
One of the leads is “decent tailor”, a tag on the collar of the late egg length shirt, and the other is a sign of operation in his hand.
Three days later, a family from Najafgarh went to the local police station that reported that their relatives, around 50 years old, were lost.
They were directed to the Paharjanj police station, who had published Hue and cried attention to the torso found in Jhandewalan.
Because it was asked to identify Torso, the family confirmed it was their relatives, worthy of RAM, with the help of the operation.
Police also track tailors, who identify the body too.
Meanwhile, a head recovered almost 20 km in drain at Safe Vihar.

With the identification carried out, the police proceeded to arrest the killers.
RAM, which has retired from the border security force several years before his murder, has worked as a investor and property dealer, the family to the police.

Pawan owes RAM money and cannot return it due to losses in his business.
RAM often insults and threatens it, after that Pawan allegedly gathered with Shatrughan to kill him.
After the murder, the Duo made a chand ride a tempo to throw the body parts.
Manhunt was launched for Shatrughan, then around 23, but he was underground at that time.

In 2017, he was in Bathinda and then fled to Dehradun in 2019.
