Nagpur: Nagpur bench Bombay High Court on Wednesday is called litigation of public interest (PILS) submitted by Save Ajni Van Crusaders as “premature”.
While rejecting the request to continue to cut down the proposed inter-capital trees (STI) project in Ajni, a division bench consisting of Sunil Shukre justice and the Anil Kior justice told the applicants to let the authority of the Nagpur Municipal Corporation Corporation hear and decide 7,000 objections first.
Holding two pills in the same case, which was beaten together, the bench directed the applicant to improve their divorce before the tree authority.
The first pill was submitted by Ajay Tiwari and Shweta Burbure through the advice of M Anil Kumar, while the second was by Secretary of the Swachha Foundation Sharad Palwal through RM Tahaliyani.
“Because the tree officer was confiscated about this problem, we belonged that except a decision noted by it, it might not be right for the court to see the problem that wanted to be stated in the petition.
The exact decision of a tree officer will make a clearer image.
This will help us in Deal with various problems involved in the pilly, “said the judges.
MEARLIER, National Highway Authority India Advice Anand Pachure said tree officers will hear objections to their application to fall and translate trees at the Ajni STI.
He showed that more than 7,000 objections were accepted by NMC and would immediately make the right decision.
NMC has organized public hearings to decide objections.
