HC attracts Jharkhand for black mushroom care

Ranchi: The Jharkhand High Court strongly declined in the state government on Wednesday while hearing litigation of public interest in the condition of patients suffering from black mushrooms at the Rajendra Medical Institute (RIMS).
The Head of the Chief Justice Division of RAVI RAVI Ranjan and Justice Sujit Narayan Prasad while hearing pills that initiated Suo Motu by the Court said that if the country could not confirm the treatment of the people in a government hospital, would they have to sell their land to strengthening treatment, the bench was reprimanded.
The court has searched for detailed status reports in this issue.
This pill was initiated by benches based on media reports from one USHA Devi did not receive the right treatment for black mushrooms on the rim.
Usha Devi’s children have asked the minister’s head to help their mothers.
Two siblings, Gaurav and Puja, have written a letter to the chairman of the Minister of Hemant Soren urged him to provide air ambulances to turn on their mothers to a better medical center at Ahmedabad or Kerala.
Children were expelled from the Head of the Minister’s Head Office told them that they could only be given monetary relief until RS 1 Lakh only.
The government does not have funds to provide air ambulances, said the siblings.
Further media reports said that Usha Devi was accepted at the Rims on May 17 and her treatment was delayed for two days and infection had spread on her face which affected her eyes and her brain.
Drugs are also not provided to patients, newspapers report.
The High Court while hearing the online petition was questioned from the Director of the Rek whether the medicines were provided for patients in rims or they had to buy drugs from outside.
Director of the Rek recognizes that not all drugs are available in hospitals and there are shortcomings of supply.
